Our MD, Andy Pieroux, is very pleased to be speaking at the upcoming Oracle Pricing Excellence Breakfast in Denmark on the 6th March. This half-day event will address how companies adapt to new and emerging trends around subscription management, the experience economy and will review all the opportunities that these trends bring with them.
We’re pleased to announce that Isabella Malicki has joined the team at Walpole Partnership in the role of Sales Consultant for EMEA.
Prior to joining Walpole Partnership, Isabella worked as a CX Sales Representative for Oracle Digital, and was involved with selling the whole Customer Experience suite, including Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud. Her role at Walpole Partnership is to demonstrate the CPQ Cloud platform to our customers, and to explain the benefits of using our implementation and consulting services as a CPQ specialist.
During the last quarter of 2018, we successfully established our first operational Managed Service for a strategic customer based in France, in order to provide support for Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) via OSC (Oracle Sales Cloud).
Recognising that the service-wrap is a key component for any solution provider operating SAAS (Software as a Service), how did this come to fruition and what were the challenges we faced in order to provide the customer with an effective solution and service?

Andy Pieroux, Walpole Partnership's MD, wrote the twelve-part series, and is delighted that it is being reposted by Oracle. He said "I'm really pleased that Oracle is supporting us by publicising these blog posts as it's great to get the CPQ message out to a wider audience."
A key project we’re excited to continue working on at the moment is located in Russia. We’re supporting an enterprise client company in the industrial manufacturing sector to implement Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud. We’ll keep you updated about the project as we progress to go-live very shortly. We're carrying out this project with the good help of our local partner, Borlas, who are assisting us to deliver a great CPQ solution, fully integrated with Oracle Sales Cloud for this noteworthy client.
The Walpole Partnership team has had a good break over the festive season and are back and working hard, as it is already shaping up to be a very busy CPQ-focused year. But before we get too far into 2019, we want to take a moment to look forward, and to consider what we hope this year will hold for us and share it with you.
Looking back on 2018 it’s been a year of great growth and excitement for us at Walpole Partnership, and we’re prouder than ever of the team that we have built here. We’ve welcomed a lot of new faces, with Ian Jenkins, Lee Hasnath, George Sharpe, Brij Kishore, Prakash Singh and Mahejabeen Budebhai all becoming part of the Walpole success story. We’ve also been able to help Pradeep Agrawal and his wife Richa join us in the UK by sponsoring their visas. We’re hoping to expand the team further in 2019, and we’ll bring news on that as soon as we are able.
Walpole Partnership is excited to share that one of the key Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) client programmes we are continuing to work on is based in the Netherlands. We are helping a leading enterprise company in the industrial manufacturing sector to leverage the many benefits of implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud. Through continued collaboration with the Client Project Team we are looking to deliver another CPQ configurator divisional project which is supporting the company's overall Digital Transformation.
We’re excited to continue our work on a project based in France with an enterprise company in the industrial manufacturing sector. We're helping this company gain the many benefits of implementing Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Cloud, and as the project keeps gathering momentum, we’ll share more regular updates. In the meantime it’s safe to say that we’re enjoying to continue to lead the implementation work with Imnet and BPI OnDemand to deliver a great CPQ solution, fully integrated through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with Oracle Engagement and Service Cloud supporting the Digital Transformation journey towards a 360 degree customer view for our client.
