Huge thanks to Oracle for hosting us at the Partner Advisory Board over the last couple of days in London, UK. It's been great to catchup with Art Carlucci, Chris Haussler, Chris Shutts, Graham McInnes, Richard Lefebvre, Mike LaMark, Elsa Alves and Scott Falconer and to be have met some new contacts including Angela Wells, Helen Pitts and Heather Sieberg. It was also wonderful to see our friends, and fellow partners, Lorena Collado and Joaquin Lorente from Arin Innovation, Mark Emmett from Engagement Factory and Tom Field from BPI OnDemand. Have a good weekend all!
Listen to what Walpole Partnership's customer has to say about their Oracle CX suite of products. Mejdi Bettaieb, CIO of the Sauermann Group, is sharing his views and Walpole Partnership is happy to continue working with the Kimo-Sauermann project team to allow this client to hit their key revenue growth objectives by leveraging the core functionality of their CPQ implementation. Check out this informative video post today.
It was an honour to be invited to the Oracle Partner Network in London earlier this week, and the Customer Experience (CX) Strategy meeting was, as usual, very insightful. It's great to hear about future plans for the Oracle CX suite of products. Huge thanks to Neil Pridham, Scott Falconer, Elsa Alves, Kate Lynskey and Ruth Arnold for running such a worthwhile event. This week we also travelled to Dublin to meet the Oracle Digital team. Thanks go to Seamus Flanagan, Fergal Geraghty, Gary Murphy, Fionnbarra Claffey, Jamie McKee, Bernard Hoytink, Killian Colman, Daniel Cooney, Declan Redmond, Ron Turner, Kevin Mclinden and Dimitrios Koumpoulis for hosting us on Wednesday. It's been great to be in collaboration with so many Oracle teams this week.
If your organisation is thinking about implementing CPQ and would like to speak to one of our experts, please schedule a free 90-minute consultation.
Walpole Partnership is very proud to be an Oracle Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) for Oracle CPQ Cloud, and the Oracle CX Solution Consultants are a great asset in providing instrumental contributions to the CPQ pre-sales technical support activities. They assist us in delivering successful CPQ demonstrations and provide input to CPQ proposals and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, and are willing to apply and disseminate their ever-growing CPQ technical knowledge. We have a great working relationship with many of the consultants, but it's always good to get some feedback from them. Huge thanks to Carlos Sanmartin Siera OD CX Solution Engineer Manager, Malaga (Spain) for letting us share the following, “I would like to take the opportunity to thank Walpole Partnership for the great support that you are providing Oracle. We are always delighted to work with you. Thanks!" It's always pleasing to end the working week on a happy note.
It was an absolute privilege to join Oracle and BPI OnDemand last night and to be a part of the Michelin CX Event this year that was held at the prestigious Berry Bros. & Rudd. Enjoying an event that took place in a building that dated back to the 16th century was quite something, and it was also very interesting to hear stories from our Berry Bros host about the famous people of the past and their excuses for buying wine!
We're very pleased to announce that the series of blog posts entitled 'What CPQ Can Really Do for You' is being published on the Oracle CX Blog. Andy Pieroux, Walpole Partnership's MD, wrote the twelve-part series, and is delighted that it is being reposted by Oracle. He said "I'm really pleased that Oracle is supporting us by publicising these blog posts as it's great to get the CPQ message out to a wider audience."
Representatives from Walpole Partnership have been privileged to attend not only one, but two of the Oracle Modern Customer Experience (MCX) days this week – the first in Frankfurt and the second in London. We couldn’t get to the Stockholm MCX, as today we’ve been busy with the Oracle CPQ Partner Advisory Board in London, but a couple of the team are in Sweden on business next week, so we’ll hopefully get to check in with our Oracle friends over there soon.
If you’re reading this, you almost certainly have a LinkedIn profile and probably use LinkedIn not only to connect with professional contacts, but you might also use this social networking tool to keep well-informed about industry news etc. I use LinkedIn a great deal and find it invaluable having the majority of my contacts in one place. So when I was using LinkedIn the other day I had a thought, if someone came to me and asked me who to follow on this social network, who would I suggest? Here goes…
Check out this recent Oracle blog post entitled, 'CPQ is the Underrated CX Middle Child and Here’s Why You Should Love It!'
The impact of CPQ on surrounding departments and systems can’t be underestimated, both in terms of the power it can unleash, but also the stakeholders it may need to manage.
You need a very flexible and strong ‘middle child’ to make the most of that opportunity, and Oracle CPQ Cloud is one of the few that can do this.
We’ve got a free consultation on offer here to anyone who wants some help understanding how a CPQ system can help make their family complete or you can download our ebook here.
Oracle really do know how to put on an event, and the recent CX Partner Showcase Day in Dublin was no exception. It was, as the title suggests, a great showcase for the partners who deal in the CX suite of Oracle products and we’re so glad that Walpole Partnership’s MD, Andy Pieroux, was able to be there. As well as getting all the latest news on the CX products, the event enables its partners to meet with the Oracle Direct sales teams and managers, and it was good to see Crevan O'Malley, Feargal McDonnell, Seamus Flanagan and Eithne Leavy, and all their teams yesterday. A special thank you to Ciaran Shanley for sparing so many people from his teams for the day too. The event also provides the opportunity to build relationships with other partners who provide CX solutions. Neal Kent, Geraint Padfield, Aisling Larkin, Alex Love, Andy Stevens, Sagi Koborsi, Oscar Catling and Adam Wilkinson, we hope you all found the showcase as worthwhile as we did. Finally, huge thanks to the organisers Victor Perez- Estrada, Dimitrios Koumpoulis, Scott Falconer, Kate Lynskey and Ruth Arnold who put together such a great day.
