A great new post from the Oracle SMB Blog entitled '4 Lessons from CPQ Failures' which is really worth checking out. We couldn't agree more with what Graham McInnes says, and are reminded of the old military adage of the 7 Ps...
Our relationship-based Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) project work took us into France again during Oracle's fiscal year end, and we’re pleased to announce that we are currently implementing CPQ in a major facilitation services company, streamlining the way they interact with their client member organisations. We will also be working in conjunction with other consulting lead partners integrating CPQ with eCommerce next to Oracle Engagement Cloud, and we’re looking forward to sharing the results soon!
Jabeen joins us to further strengthen our offshore development resource and has already added significant value to some of our key accounts. She is an esteemed and assured developer with good communication skills, able to converse both technically and operationally with our customers.
We’re delighted for our Inbound Marketing Agency, Inbound FinTech (IFT), who has recently won two HubSpot Impact Awards. One of the awards was the Sales Enablement Business Impact Award for 2019, and they used Walpole Partnership as a case study, so we’re very pleased and proud for the whole team at IFT.
Walpole Partnership is very pleased to continue working with an IT services company that serves the telecoms industry in the Middle East. We've provided expert skills to maintain and develop a well-established CPQ solution that has been in operation for ten years. This requires careful and skilful precision to make changes without causing unforeseen consequences. It's a bit like performing open heart surgery on a live system. The expertise we've built up working with Big Machines/Oracle CPQ Cloud makes Walpole Partnership an ideal company to work on these sorts of projects.
Walpole Partnership is delighted to share that they have achieved recognition as an Oracle Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) for Oracle CX Cloud. The Oracle CEI programme recognises consulting partners that demonstrate their ongoing expertise, which is validated with an exemplary track record of their implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions.
We’re very pleased to announce that Stuart Wymant has joined the Walpole Partnership team in the role of Customer Success Manager.

Accountabilities included Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Operation and CX delivery across a wide variety of complex CRM platforms. Stuart will leverage his wealth of experience to mitigate problems and maximise positive outcomes with Walpole Partnership’s customers.
Walpole Partnership's MD, Andy Pieroux, is in demand as a speaker who specialises in talking about Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) technology and the benefits that CPQ can bring an organisation if implemented wisely. His second presenting engagement during the spring takes place on 21st March at the famous Evoluon building in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, where he will be talking about CPQ in relation to what it can do to help with 'Bridging the Gap Between CRM and ERP'.
Our MD, Andy Pieroux, is very pleased to be speaking at the upcoming Oracle Pricing Excellence Breakfast in Denmark on the 6th March. This half-day event will address how companies adapt to new and emerging trends around subscription management, the experience economy and will review all the opportunities that these trends bring with them.
