Oracle Modern Customer Experience - Europe 2019

Members of the Walpole Partnership team have been privileged to attend two of the Oracle Modern Customer Experience (MCX) Summit days this week – the first in Paris and the second in London. 

 

The Paris MCX Summit was held at the Palais des Congrès and we were able to meet up with new and existing contacts including Olga Zero, Martin Gogue, Kherredine Nefzi, Hafed Boudjenane, Michel Lanardoune, Fabien Speter, Olivier Etchevers and many others. It was also great to hear customers telling their stories and to see how Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) technology is working in the Oracle CX eco-system.

 

At the Hilton Bankside in London, there were some brilliant speakers and informative breakout sessions. We particularly valued seeing the Opening Keynote on The Experience Economy given by Oracle's Global Head of Customer Experience, Joe Fuster. Networking is always really good at Oracle events, and throughout the day we touched base with our friends and partners at BPI OnDemand, Fred Wilkinson, Geraint Padfield, and we also caught up many other people including Oracle's Neil Pridham and Scott Falconer.

 

It’s been a great week, filled with valuable and enjoyable Oracle events, and we are looking forward to Oracle OpenWorld Europe which is coming to London in February. If you’re planning on going to OpenWorld in the new year and would like to meet up to discuss implementing Oracle CPQ, please get in contact or arrange a call with one of our CPQ specialists.
