It was an honour to be invited to the Oracle Partner Network in London earlier this week, and the Customer Experience (CX) Strategy meeting was, as usual, very insightful. It's great to hear about future plans for the Oracle CX suite of products. Huge thanks to Neil Pridham, Scott Falconer, Elsa Alves, Kate Lynskey and Ruth Arnold for running such a worthwhile event. This week we also travelled to Dublin to meet the Oracle Digital team.
