We’re very pleased to announce that Stuart Wymant has joined the Walpole Partnership team in the role of Customer Success Manager.
Stuart is a Customer Service/Sales expert who has 12 years management experience working for large corporates such as BSKYB, Vodafone and RBS. Most recently in his role as a CCM (Contact Centre Manager), Stuart managed 80-200 full time employees within an outsourced environment for Promotional Logistics. Accountabilities included Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Operation and CX delivery across a wide variety of complex CRM platforms. Stuart will leverage his wealth of experience to mitigate problems and maximise positive outcomes with Walpole Partnership’s customers.
Walpole Partnership's Ingmar Hermans had the pleasure of attending Oracle's Modern Customer Experience in Paris yesterday, and he reports that the event was an outright success with over 600 participants showing up for an impressive speaker line up and great presentations. The event also provided the opportunity to catch up with old contacts and to meet new ones too. Ingmar said, "it was invaluable being at Modern CX yesterday, especially as Walpole Partnership keeps generating momentum in France with Oracle CPQ Cloud."
Walpole Partnership's MD, Andy Pieroux, is in demand as a speaker who specialises in talking about Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) technology and the benefits that CPQ can bring an organisation if implemented wisely. His second presenting engagement during the spring takes place on 21st March at the famous Evoluon building in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, where he will be talking about CPQ in relation to what it can do to help with 'Bridging the Gap Between CRM and ERP'.

This half-day event will address how companies adapt to new and emerging trends around subscription management, the experience economy and will review all the opportunities that these trends bring with them.
We’re pleased to announce that Isabella Malicki has joined the team at Walpole Partnership in the role of Sales Consultant for EMEA.
Prior to joining Walpole Partnership, Isabella worked as a CX Sales Representative for Oracle Digital, and was involved with selling the whole Customer Experience suite, including Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud. Her role at Walpole Partnership is to demonstrate the CPQ Cloud platform to our customers, and to explain the benefits of using our implementation and consulting services as a CPQ specialist.
During the last quarter of 2018, we successfully established our first operational Managed Service for a strategic customer based in France, in order to provide support for Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) via OSC (Oracle Sales Cloud).

A key project we’re excited to continue working on at the moment is located in Russia. We’re supporting an enterprise client company in the industrial manufacturing sector to implement Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud. We’ll keep you updated about the project as we progress to go-live very shortly. We're carrying out this project with the good help of our local partner, Borlas, who are assisting us to deliver a great CPQ solution, fully integrated with Oracle Sales Cloud for this noteworthy client.
