Listen to what Walpole Partnership's customer has to say about their Oracle CX suite of products. Mejdi Bettaieb, CIO of the Sauermann Group, is sharing his views and Walpole Partnership is happy to continue working with the Kimo-Sauermann project team to allow this client to hit their key revenue growth objectives by leveraging the core functionality of their CPQ implementation. Yesterday we had our Quarterly Team Meeting in West London followed by a couple of games of bowling and then dinner. A special shout out goes to Ian Jenkins (top left) who received special recognition for an outstanding contribution over the last quarter and he won the bowling too!
It was an honour to be invited to the Oracle Partner Network in London earlier this week, and the Customer Experience (CX) Strategy meeting was, as usual, very insightful. It's great to hear about future plans for the Oracle CX suite of products. Huge thanks to Neil Pridham, Scott Falconer, Elsa Alves, Kate Lynskey and Ruth Arnold for running such a worthwhile event. This week we also travelled to Dublin to meet the Oracle Digital team. Thanks go to Seamus Flanagan, Fergal Geraghty, Gary Murphy, Fionnbarra Claffey, Jamie McKee, Bernard Hoytink, Killian Colman, Daniel Cooney, Declan Redmond, Ron Turner, Kevin Mclinden and Dimitrios Koumpoulis for hosting us on Wednesday. It's been great to be in collaboration with so many Oracle teams this week.

It's a logical next step to integrate Oracle CPQ Cloud and Oracle Commerce Cloud. The returns on doing so should be significant. Cost savings alone can be huge by providing self-service capabilities, which means customers get what they want, and it frees up time for the sales teams to do what they do best. Check out one of Oracle's recent success stories for more information.
Walpole Partnership is delighted to announce the renewal of their ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Certificate for a further year in conjunction with ISO Quality Services Ltd. Data security is at the very heart of everything that we do at Walpole Partnership, but why is it so important for us and why should it be at the top of the agenda for other SMEs? And just what is the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System all about? Taking the guest author spot on our blog this month is Jill Davis from ISO Quality Services Ltd who will share all….
Those of you who are close to Oracle will know that the product team has been working very hard behind the scenes to unify the user experience of all their products. Seeing as Oracle probably has thousands of solutions, we're sure you can imagine that this is a monumental task. But now, the UI (User Interface) has finally been released and it is being called Jet UI. So what is all the fuss about, and if you have a cloud based CPQ system, should you be keen to use Jet UI and send your CPQ on a jet?
Our relationship-based Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) project work has, once more, taken us to France, and we're pleased to announce that we're partnering with Studia Digital on a current CPQ implementation. We are working for a major services company and are streamlining the way that they interact with their client member organisations and suppliers network. We are also working in conjunction with other consulting lead partners integrating CPQ with eCommerce next to Oracle Engagement Cloud, and we’re looking forward to sharing more about the project soon!
Walpole Partnership's Senior Consultant, Ingmar Hermans, was pleased to represent the company by working with the Oracle Sales team in Solna, Sweden recently. It was great for him to be in touch with some of the key players based over there. Huge thanks to Ronny Linnerheim for hosting Ingmar and for taking the time to introduce him to the respective team members. It was brilliant to have the opportunity to discuss collaborative CPQ project progress and to talk about how to optimise support for new joint business opportunities in the region in the near future.
